How It Works…
Make a booking and set a collection day Please note that this is subject to service restrictions at weekends and local public holidays.
Your shipping documentation will be emailed to you within an hour of placing your order.*
Make sure all shipping documentation is forwarded to your collection point in time for collection, printed and able to attach your shipping label to your parcel in time before the courier arrives for collection.
As soon as your parcel has been collected, you can track its progress by entering your TP reference into our tracking tool.
Additional Information…
For parcels sent from the UK, we operate indirect Door to Door shipping. When your parcels are collected they will route via our warehouse for the cubic scan weight check before been processed to the final destination. Add 1 extra working day to the standard DHL transit time. Once your order passes our dimension & weight check, your parcel will be sent out in the next working day shipping Schedule.
For parcels from Nigeria, we operate a droff off service only. Location (Lagos, Abuja, Ibadan)
*Please note for UK and Nigeria import orders, you can only book by sending us shipping details via email import@gclparcel.com. Request sent outside of working hours will be attended to on the next working day.

Your customs Invoice
If you importing to the UK from outside EU, your shipment must be accompanied by four copies of a customs invoice. This is a document required for customs clearance which must detail the content and value of your shipment.
Our system generates this document for you but if you have your own commercial documentation. Feel free to attach it to your shipment and not attach our own commercial documentation. All documentation required on every shipment will be available in your shipment portal “my parcel”. If you are unsure please your our live chat or email our customer service for help.
All documentation will need to be forwarded to the collection point before the courier driver arrives at the collection.

Customs Clearance: when importing from non-EU countries, your shipment will be subject to customs clearance and may be charged import duty and tax. We strongly recommend customers check with HMRC for further advice.
