For parcels from Nigeria, we operate a droff off service only. Location (Lagos, Abuja, Ibadan)

You importing to the UK from outside EU, your shipment must be accompanied by four copies of a customs invoice. This is a document required for customs clearance which must detail the content and value of your shipment.
Our system generates this document for you but if you have your own commercial documentation. Feel free to attach it to your shipment and not attach our own commercial documentation. All documentation required on every shipment will be available in your shipment portal “my parcel”. If you are unsure please your our live chat or email our customer service for help.
