Job Description
Global Corporate Logistics is seeking a passionate and dynamic Customer Service Advisor to join our Commercial team – someone who can provide top-notch service and resolutions. This exciting role calls for someone with excellent technical skills who can provide outstanding customer service, promoting enhanced experiences and expedient delivery of goods across Nigeria channels & international markets – all while collaborating closely with the logistics team!
What you’ll be doing:
• Deal with inbound and outbound phone calls
• Tracking of shipments effectively
• Pay attention to every detail given
• Maintain good relationships with customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service to customers.
• Provide shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by customers.
