This exciting role calls for someone with excellent technical skills who can provide outstanding customer service, promoting enhanced experiences and expedient delivery of goods across Nigeria channels & international markets – all while collaborating closely with the logistics team!
What you’ll be doing:
• Deal with inbound and outbound phone calls
• Tracking of shipments effectively
• Pay attention to every detail given
• Maintain good relationships with customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service to customers.
• Provide shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by customers.
